I really liked the location - in a valley, among the mountains - and the setting, so you can view the fish farm with its channels for trout of various sizes. Some tables are set up over bridges, under which you can see full-sized trout swimming! I loved the fried trout as much as the smoked, and although the chips were delicious, the bread and pickles were an even better accompaniment to the fish! After our lunch, we spent some time touring the trout farm, petting the farm dog, and enjoying the general surroundings. A great place to visit!
