WERE GUESTS OF THE TROUT FARM

Since the start of the Forest Tavern, many people have tasted our trout and signed our guestbook.

Some of our distinguished guests have done us the honour of taking a photo with us.

We have tried to put the pictures and events in chronological order.

On 2 October 2010, Leo (Zsolt Nagy) and the crew of Nóta tv were guests at the trout farm and filmed their next show.

The work of cameraman Tamás Szabados is marked by the evening fairy tale series Mazsola, Uncle Rémusz's Tales (favourite stories of our childhood and our children) and numerous feature films. With editor Pál Rockenbauer he has been to Antarctica, Mongolia, Mount Kilimanjaro, and through their shows all over the world. Still, his favourite film is the series One and a Half Million Steps in Hungary. He has always honoured his interviewees with his presence and his preparation. For eighteen years, he has been working with the psychologist Margit Rozsnyai, and their work is characterised by silence and stillness.

His nature films number more than 180 (Jelfák, Erdőjárók, Forrás-befoglalás, etc.).

On 29 July 2010, the crew of PAPRIKA TV, AGB Ltd. was filming at the plant. Ferenc Lévai and Daniella fried trout, before that Daniella caught fish and learned how to clean fish.

The guitarist asked for a net to fish out his lunch money. Then he said that if there was smoked trout available he would eat it because he loves it and it is eaten all over the world, the best is made by the Italians. After he ate our fried and smoked trout, I asked him, "How did you like the smoked? The short answer was, "The Italians have slipped down to second place." 2005.06.27.

With my friend Egon Póka, Hungary's best bass player.

The picture was taken a few years ago, when our hair was darker and we were a few kilos lighter, but since then, every year at the dinner before the Diósgyőr Castle Concert, we taste my plum brandy from the previous year.

Péter Geszti wanted to catch trout when he was here. In the effort, he caught himself, but our smoked trout was delicious.
Zorán came to the trout farm on a chilly autumn day, so I needed a soul warmer and even lent him my sweater to keep him warm.
